As the Account Executive, it was my responsibility to be the point of contact for my client, Angels of Light, a 501(3)(C) nonprofit in the Hudson Valley.

Angels of Light’s mission is to assist families and children dealing with life-threatening illnesses or receiving treatment and those affected by a sudden loss or tragedy.

Working for NRC, I gained a lot of experience on the client side. I never imagined I would enjoy the client side as much as I did.

My daily responsibilities included updating the content calendar, creating content and posting it to respective channels, researching and viewing insights, identifying where Angel of Light can improve engagement, and assisting with event preparation and promotion.

I’ve focused on content creation, specifically creating reels that were both creative and got the community excited about upcoming events.
